PEP (Power Edge Pro) Private Spring is a package of 10 weeks of 90-minute on-ice sessions, followed by one hour of dry land training. The sessions are offered at the Skatium in Fort Myers, on Monday-Thursday mornings from 7:30-10:30. During these sessions, skaters will engage in on-ice Reactive Countering Training with individualized coaching on skills application and technique. Following the skate, players will have 1 hour of dry land training.
