PEP Development Camp training simulates repetitive small area situations forcing players to quickly react, counter and evade pressures. On Ice use of the Reactive Countering Training (R.C.T) unit™ promote the natural creation of muscle memory and spacial awareness replication for more game time positive opportunities and outcomes.
Drills develop the mind and body by simultaneously multitasking the player’s situational awareness, use of high-speed hand movements to increase reaction timing, challenging players with inside/ outside edge and body control training techniques to add explosive acceleration and deception to counteract opponent defensive positioning and tactics.
