Open to all: Learn To Play (LTP) Graduates – House – Travel Players

Mite/Squirt – Pee Wee – Bantam/ High School    (Max 25 Skaters & 3 Goaltenders per Age Group)

PEP Academy small group training simulates repetitive small area situations forcing players to quickly react, counter and evade pressures. Both On Ice and At Home RCT units promote the natural creation of muscle memory and spacial awareness replication for more game time positive opportunities and outcomes.

          Weekly hour long On-Ice PEP Small Area Skills sessions using Patented On-Ice R.C.T Training units™

·         Dates and Times: Monday – Friday 5:30am -7:30am

·         Locations: Prince William Ice Center Woodbridge – SkateQuest Reston

·         Includes PEP Practice Jersey and Socks with subscription

·         BONUS!!! A subscription of two or more weekly sessions = UNLIMITED PEP R.C.T Home Trainer unit™ use and access to the McDavid HD Video library

·        60 minute of On-Ice PEP Small Area Skills Training sessions with patented R.C.T Training units™

Ultimate Spring Hockey Development Program

Open to all: Learn To Play (LTP) Graduates – House – Travel Players

Mite/Squirt – Pee Wee – Bantam/ High School    (Max 25 Skaters & 3 Goaltenders per Age Group)

·        Over 100+ Hours of Certified On Ice and UNLIMITED Off-ice instruction using both the patented R.C.T and R.C.T Home Training unit™ and McDavid HD Video online library

·         Dates/ Locations: Monthly Sessions available Regionally – Saturdays & Sundays – March thru August   

·         Tournaments (May be included at no additional cost based on participation levels within each age group) – May and June (Dates and Locations TBD)

·         Player selections possible to participate with PEP Regional and Super Elite Teams
