PEP training challenges players to quickly react, counter and evade pressure. Repetitious on ice and at home RCT training will promote the creation of more game time positive opportunities and outcomes.
Drills will simultaneously develop multitasking the mind’s situational awareness, high speed hand actions for increased reaction time, skating techniques that add explosive acceleration and deception using inside and outside edges, and upper body positioning aids in countering opponents.
