Pep Instructor; Jesse Hale Jesse is the current General Manager of Hockey Operations for the Calgary Northstars. Previously, he served as the Head of Hockey Development within the Ottawa Senators Organization and he worked for several years as Manager of Development for Hockey Alberta in Red Deer where he was responsible for player and coach development across the province. Jesse is dedicated to creating a positive development environment that pushes each player individually to new heights as they take the next step in their hockey journey, while maintaining an atmosphere that sees everyone wanting to come to the rink to work hard and have fun.
